Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for creating job postings and qualifying candidates for DDSN operated facilities. This position will also assist with related hire requests and salary analysis.- Utilizes NEOGOV to post vacancies for DDSN operated facilities. Communicates new job postings agency wide.
- Reviews and qualifies candidates as applications are received and forwards qualified candidates to the hiring manager(s).
- Reviews hiring requests, updates candidate status and completes salary approval requests.
- Extends offers of employment to approved candidates, ensures recruitment/on-boarding coordinator is notified of accepted offers and notates requisitions accordingly.
- Properly closes out requisitions in a timely manner.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

State Disaster Plan: In accordance with the State's Disaster Plan, which includes hazardous weather, DDSN employees may be required to work in times of an emergency or disaster.
