The General Health Sciences Coordinator reports directly to the Dean of Health Sciences and will serve as an instructor for the Medical Assisting program. The primary responsibilities of the program coordinator are to teach and coordinate general health sciences (AHS) courses and to serve as an instructor for Medical Assisting courses by providing systemically planned and delivered instruction, designing and developing curriculum, evaluating student performance, and advising students. Must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology. Must be able to perform clinic travel locally and outside of the tri-county area.
