Duties
A bachelor's degree and relevant human resources experience. A master’s degree in human resources management may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred. Experience in NEOGOV, SCEIS, YesLMS.

Duties
- Design and Execute Recruiting Plans: Develop strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and educational partnerships.
- Organize and Facilitate Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions, coordinate department introductions, maintain open communication, and continuously enhance the onboarding experience.
- Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle: Handle job postings, résumé screening, interviews, and offer negotiation, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and culture.
- Drive Employee Engagement and Retention: Create and implement programs for performance management, career development, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate on Organizational Structure Changes: Work with the HR Director and other departments to ensure accurate tracking of reporting lines, job roles, and department alignments.
- Maintain Position Descriptions & EPMS: Oversee position descriptions and manage the Employee Performance Management System (EPMS), ensuring compliance with evaluation schedules.
- Perform Other Duties: Contribute to special projects and tasks as needed to support the agency’s objectives.
