The Infrastructure Program Coordinator II assists the internal Mitigation Infrastructure Team to successfully administer a dynamic federally funded HUD 12-year program, an ARPA 6-year program, and state-funded mitigation projects. The Project Coordinator II engages with state and local government agencies to ensures projects are compliant with established policies and aligns with the US HUD, US Department of Treasury, and/or state regulations and requirements, and SCOR Policies and Procedures. The job duties of this position include but are not limited to the following: Assist Project Managers to evaluate project eligibility for federal and/or state funded programs; Monitor awarded projects for compliance with program requirements and agency policies.Assist Project Managers with project scope, budget, schedule and invoicing reconciliation.Develop and maintain project database and milestones; track key performance indicators, record project data in system of record.Prepare program/project reports. Review and develop public outreach and education materials.Create and brief program presentations to the public and legislators. Possess the ability to articulate and summarize complex projects in public forums.Assist Program Manager with environmental review and compliance.Perform all other duties as required/assigned.

A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of SCOR's mission, programs, and objectives. Ability to communicate effectively, make presentations and prepare reports, and organize and maintain project file systems required.Must have and maintain a valid South Carolina Class "D" driver's license.Applicants indicating college credit or degree(s) on the application will be required to bring a copy of college transcript to the interview. A copy of the transcript may also be uploaded as an attachment to the application, if required by the hiring department or if desired by the applicant.
