What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Professional I Toward Local Care (TLC) position at State of South Carolina?

For MHP Student Loan Repayment:
This position MAY be eligible for SCDMH Student Loan Repayment to cover some of the cost of your outstanding loan(s) balance associated with the completion of a healthcare degree that is relevant to the appliable position.
This position is located at the Department of Mental Health, Waccamaw Center for Mental Health, 164 Waccamaw Medical Park Drive, Conway, Sc 29526.

Under general supervisor, you will provide advanced mental health assessments and crisis intervention services to Toward Local Care (TLC) clients within Horry County area TLC program for WCMH.
Responsibilities of the Mental Health Professional I include but not limited to:
Provide direct clinical billable services to TLC clients on a daily basis.
Provide Mental Health Professional (MHP) clinical supervision under the direct supervision of the TLC Coordinator to MHP, Clinical Counselors, and Mental Health Assistants in Horry County.
Provide quality assurance monitoring monthly within the TLC program for clinicians in Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties. State car provided for transport between sites.
Provides 53% productivity monthly billing, conducting clinical assessments, individual counseling/therapy, group therapy, RPS, and crisis intervention with TLC clients.
Serve as a team leader for clinical TLC staff providing MHP coverage on all clinical cases with TLC clients in Horry County.
Maintain documentation of charts and other records in accordance with State, Federal, Local, WCMH, Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance and CARF standards.
Plan and coordinate social activities, community outing and recreation for clients.
Participate in treatment team meetings and trainings as scheduled.
Knowledge and skills in working in a community support setting.
Ability to organize and plan, coordinate and utilize resources available to all clients with multi-cultural diversities.
Good verbal and written communications as well as good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Participation is mandatory with Employee Performance Management System Evaluation System on annual basis.
Flexible schedule is required to provide on call services to serve TLC population.
