Science | Service | SustainabilityJob Purpose: This position will provide Onsite Wastewater (OSWW) program specific customer support for an assigned area within the Bureau of Regional and Laboratory Services Division of Compliance and Customer Support. Job Duties: Serve as the Onsite Wastewater (OSWW) coordinator and customer service representative. Provide front line customer support and technical assistance to customers of the OSWW program. Maintain working knowledge of the application processing time frames status for assigned areas. Assist internal and external customers with ePermitting data entry, to include entry of paper OSWW applications when needed. Complete administrative Permit Modification requests. Serve as a backup for data entry of Approvals to Operate.Provide responses to non-technical OSWW questions from customers as needed, in accordance with program guidelines. Communicate OSWW program policies and procedures to the general public, developers, and non-program staff as needed.Perform other duties as required, which includes attending periodic staff meetings and training.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
A high school diploma or GED and relevant program experience.Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.Applicants indicating college credit or degree(s) on the application are encouraged to upload an unofficial copy of the transcript as an attachment to the application.
