REPOST PRIOR APPLICANTS DO NOT REAPPLYAbout Coastal Regional CenterCoastal Regional Center is a residential facility of the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs located in Summerville, SC serving residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Coordinates the internal process of DDSN purchasing using SCEIS to complete requisitions, purchase orders, and/or goods receipt using SCEIS for the agency. Maintain reports on Exempt Purchase Orders, Unauthorized Procurements, and various other reports required monthly or quarterly. Provides assistance to Coastal Regional Center and Managers as needed/requested. Interview potential vendors to establish agreements with DDSN. Performs other related duties as required.1. Receives DDSN internal Requisitions to ensure appropriate budget coding and approvals have been obtained. Create SCEIS shopping cart requisitions and purchase order to procure goods and services for DDSN divisions. Ensure all required documentation is attached and/or documented on the purchase orders. Review and receipt invoices by creating a goods receipt (MIGO) document in SCEIS. Maintain procurement files from fiscal year to fiscal.2. Provides assistance to Coastal Regional Center and Managers with shopping carts and purchase as needed/requested.3. Maintain reports on Exempt Purchase Orders. Unauthorized Procurements and various other reports required monthly or quarterly.4. Assist accounting with GL changes and completed good receipts for invoices as directed.5. Issue solicitation for small to mid-size contracts for the agency as directed. Reviews prospective contract workers' credentialing and employment requirements. 6.
