- Reviewing each assigned customer service fiscal compliance request for appropriate documentation, codes, completion of forms, and compliance with Consumer Service Policy and Fees, Policies and Procedures.
- Reading and maintaining all new Consumer Service Policy, changes to policies, and memos that address policy.
- Efficiently and clearly communicate compliance findings to the requestor.
- Collaborate with the I.T. staff in the development of testing, and the implementation of fiscal compliance review systems.
- Work with the Director of Consumer Services to create a training agenda for Administrative Team Support Staff as needed.
- Procure all assigned order request.
- Work within a variety of departments and teams to develop and implement the fiscal compliance review of purchase orders and adjustments.
- Procure, order, and process invoices for multi-vendor payers including Amazon.
- Process all revolving fund and purchase order requests within 3 business days of receipt.
- High School diploma and three years of fiscal/procurement related clerical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of SCVRD experience is preferred.
