Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision and monitoring of consumer behavior.
• Required to monitor consumer adherence to schedule and facility guidelines.
• Reports community activity to charge nurse and responsible to document any unusual activity or behaviors.
• Works under direction of the Nurse Supervisor as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment.
