What are the responsibilities and job description for the S377 - MH Professional (Counselor) Focus - Team Lead position at State of South Carolina?
- Serve as lead clinician and clinical direction all FOCUS clinicians, peer support staff ad wrap around services. This includes but is not limited to leading daily huddles, weekly treatment team meetings with the FOCUS and CAF clinical attendees.
- Maintain a case load.
- Recommends referrals/transfer to community resources to meet the needs of the youth and family that will be able to assist FOCUS patients, and their treatment needs when applicable.
- Attendance in all program/agency meetings as required.
- Train all FOCUS staff on all clinical requirement updates as well as educate SAMHC staff and community partners on FOCUS and how to access the services.
