- Provides direct services to, but not limited to, ACT patients, LAI patients, assessing the health, social, psychiatric and medical needs of Center patients.
- Completes clinical documentation using collaborative documentation and ensures services are documented in accordance with SCDMH/QA requirements.
- Engages in health promotion, prevention, and education activities.
- Ensures patients are seen in accordance with their need (medical/psychiatric appointments.
