Typical duties:
- Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients
- Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift
- Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.
- Document in an accurate and timely manner
- Coordinate with the treatment team
- Follow policies and procedures while providing care
- A current valid Paramedic license from the Utah Office of Emergency Medical Services and Preparedness
- Department of Human Resource Management rules and DHHS policies regarding promotions and transfers apply to current employees.
- The Utah State Hospital is a smoke free environment, no tobacco use is allowed on campus
