The Utah Unclaimed Property Division seeks a full-time Claims Technician to join our committed, creative, and enthusiastic team. We return tens of millions of dollars of unclaimed property to rightful owners every year.

Our next Claims Technician will assist many Utahans in recovering their lost money. Some claims are very easy and others are like solving a huge puzzle to determine who is the rightful owner. Look us up at: mycash.utah.gov.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Salt Lake City, UT 84116: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
• Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
