This position works for the Victim Services Program (VSP) currently located at 8625 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98208, however, your duty station can be located anywhere within DOC's Section 6. Although this position is designated for telework up to three days each week, on-site training will be required. Telework will be authorized when you are able to demonstrate proficiency with assigned tasks. The CS4-CVL works with victims and concerned community members within a specified area of the state to develop, manage, and facilitate plans for their safety, including facilitating multidisciplinary teams (wraparound) meetings ahead of an individual's release into the community. This position helps inform the development and implementation of individual reentry plans, including partial confinement placement and supervision plans for individuals who present a high risk of harm to victims and other specific community members. This position consults and shares expertise with DOC staff and community partners regarding victim-related concerns and fosters collaborative, strategic partnerships to strengthen the Department's capacity to support the safe reentry of incarcerated individuals into the community.
