As a Custodian 2, you will be an essential part of the Facilities, Finance, and Analytics (FFA) team that is dedicated to partnering with DSHS employees to access support, care, and resources for others. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility for those we serve, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. We have swing shift availability. Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.

Some of what you will do:
- Transport and arrange furniture within the facility.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles regularly.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and unclog sinks, toilets, and urinals in restrooms.
- Dust surfaces and clean windows to ensure a pristine environment.
- Pressure-wash outdoor walkways.
Who should apply
- A valid state driver's license is required.
- Six months to one year of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, general building maintenance, or custodial work.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
