The Electronic Services Division (ESD) supports all goals, most directly sustaining and enhancing agency infrastructure and business processes, by improving collaboration outcomes between WSP business and technology divisions, using consistent planning processes, increasing business continuity capabilities, and providing quality communication services.
The Forms and Records Analyst 2 is responsible for monitoring and completing public disclosure requests and assisting with records retention and document management for the Electronic Services Division (ESD).
Our new teammate will be able to:
- Serve as the primary public disclosure coordinator for ESD and works with the WSP Risk Manager or designee.
- Receive public records requests, gather responsive records, and redact records as needed.
- Serve as the records retention coordinator for ESD.
- Assists in the development of records retention and essential records schedules.
- Assists with the retrieval and inputting of essential documents related to ESD Administrative business functions.
- Responsible for front desk by greeting internal & external customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist with the retrieval and inputting of essential documents related to ESD Administrative business functions.
- Assist with SharePoint file and document management.
- Assist with One Note file and documentation management.
- Assists with documentation management in Remedy.
- Updates and maintains ESD forms inventory.
- Maintains and updates all MOU and MPLS frequency agreements.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of increasingly responsible office/administrative experience.
- One year experience using Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
