Nature of Work
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director and performs under limited supervision, human resources functions by being the personnel administrator for several assigned offices within the bureau. The position is responsible for reviewing and entering own offices and HR Coordinators personnel transactions within the different assigned offices to include new hires, transfers, promotions, resignations, retirement, leave of absences, reallocations, separations, and any transactions affecting personnel. Expected to review personnel transactions for technical conformance and consistency with practice and policy. Responsible for planning and coordination of special projects for the HR Director, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner's and others as instructed. Assist HR Director with problem resolutions through program and knowledge experience in the HR field. Assist with personnel services and expenditures and creating and pulling BI reports. Enter and process job postings, leave information and serve as one of the primary contacts for the bureau on personnel activities.

Minimum Qualifications
Training:Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Substitution: Candidates may substitute related experience in human resources, payroll, bookkeeping or accounting for the required education at the rate of one (1) year of experience for thirty (30) semester hours of education.
Note: A valid driver's license may be required.
