Nature of Work
Under close supervision, complete varied clerical duties involving face to face contact with walk-in clients, directing client phone calls and scanning documents into the correct client cases. Comprise client messages accurately and route them via email or instant messaging system to appropriate individuals. Must be able to effectively communicate with workers. This position may also distribute mail and faxes. Complete related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
Experience: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in routine office work.
