Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) to join our team at the Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC). As a QIDP, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of comprehensive functional assessments and Individual Program Plans, as well as monitoring and integrating resident programs to ensure continuous active treatment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating the development of comprehensive functional assessments and Individual Program Plans
* Monitoring and integrating resident programs to ensure continuous active treatment
* Conducting special staff training and monitoring all aspects of the residents Individual Program Plan
Requirements
Minimally qualified applicants must meet the definition of Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), which includes having at least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities, and being one of the following: a doctor of medicine or osteopathy, a registered nurse, or an individual who holds at least a bachelor's degree in a professional category specified in the Federal Register as meeting the QIDP qualifications.
