Physical requirements may include lifting/carrying up to 55 lbs, pushing up to 150lbs to 200 lbs, bending, kneeling, stooping, standing, and walking on hard tile floors for extended periods of time.
To be minimally qualified, applicants must meet the definition of QIDP defined as having at least one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities, and being one of the following: a doctor of medicine or osteopathy, a registered nurse, or an individual who holds at least a bachelor's degree in a professional category specified in the Federal Register as meeting the QIDP qualifications. Well-qualified applicants will also have one or more of the following: experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities dually diagnosed with a mental health condition, experience developing comprehensive functional assessments and Individual Program Plans, experience monitoring and integrating resident programs to ensure continuous active treatment, and experience monitoring all aspects of the residents Individual Program Plan.

- Conducting special staff training and monitoring all aspects of the residents Individual Program Plan
- Ensuring appropriate staff address areas of concern, and documenting and monitoring documentation of resident treatments
