Job Description: The Scheduling Supervisor will oversee the supervision of Medical Program Assistant staff within the Health Services Unit setting. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, scheduling, training, and staff development. The successful candidate will ensure the effective operation of day-to-day activities, including maintaining Medical Program Assistant workflows and implementing quality control measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, applicants must have experience managing, leading, and/or overseeing the work of others, serving as a point of contact for patient scheduling, and working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
