Position Summary
As a Trust Funds Supervisor, you’ll responsible for leading and supervising either the Employer Insurance Unit or the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) Unit. Specific position responsibilities include supervising and managing unit operations and staff; providing guidance on the interpretation, application, and implementation of program; short- and long-range planning; providing program and policy support; development of procedures and forms; and provision of information to members, employers and other interested parties. These positions are also responsible for developing, overseeing, and monitoring the integrity of (organizational unit) systems in accordance with Department Internal Control Standards.

Salary Information
This position is in classification Trust Funds Supervisor (pay schedule/range 81-03), with an annual salary of $87796 - $92206, plus excellent benefits.
Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of appointment.

A 12-month probationary period is required.
Job Details
ETF offers hybrid remote/office work. If interested in hybrid remote/office work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF’s office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require. All employees are expected to be headquartered and work within the state of Wisconsin.
ETF does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.

Qualifications
Minimally Qualified candidates will have experience in all the following:
- Leading and/or overseeing the work of others (e.g., training, assigning duties, reviewing work, providing feedback, etc.).
- Directing and/or monitoring day-to-day business operations (e.g., developing and implementing work procedures, managing workload, resolving issues, etc.).
- Collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., staff, management, customers, business partners, etc.)
- Researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex laws, rules, policies, programs, etc.
In addition, Highly Qualified candidates will also have experience with some of the following:
- Leading and/or overseeing the work of others in a civil service or benefits administration environment
- Formally supervising other staff (e.g. hiring, performance management, discipline, etc.)
- Developing and implementing strategies for program improvement (e.g., increasing efficiency, improving service delivery, aligning with broader agency goals and objectives, etc.)
