Responsibilities:
The maintenance and project coordinator is responsible for coordinating special projects and larger maintenance projects for the properties within our management portfolio. The tasks required of this position will require flexibility, excellent organization and attention to detail. This is an onsite position working out of our Orlando office located in the John Young and Sandlake Rd. area. The role requires an organized, personable, and motivated individual with previous property management office experience.

Property Maintenance and Tenant Interaction:
- prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints.
- review service requests with team maintenance coordinators for best vendor selection
- bids and manage capital improvement and general projects.
- coordinate projects with vendors, tenants and owners
- review HOA violation and coordinate with vendors to complete work to comply
- coordinate in-house techs work schedules
- other special projects and duties as assigned.
- some onsite property inspections and visitations
- enter review and approve vendor invoices for payment
- review property condition reports to determine maintenance required
- review move-in and move-out inspections for security deposit disbursement
