We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Ag Lender to develop and manage commercial and ag loan accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess excellent analytical skills to assess loan applications and manage lending activities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates loan applications for commercial and ag clients, and determines creditworthiness
- Develops and maintains relationships with business clients to understand their financial needs
- Structures loan packages that meet clients' requirements while ensuring compliance
- Collaborates with the loan processing team to facilitate timely completion of loan transactions
- Monitors and manages a portfolio of commercial and ag loans to ensure timely payments
- Oversees cash management
- Actively engages in and participates in local community events
- Develops & maintains positive relationships with existing & prospective customers
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree AND a minimum 3 years commercial/ag lending
Competencies:
Proficiency in financial software for analyzing financial data and managing loan portfolios
Experience in loan origination & contract negotiations in the commercial and ag lending space
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively

Pay: From $81,000.00 per year
