Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Exercise Program Lead to join our team at State Street Bank. As a member of the Global Cyber Security group, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing cyber security exercises that drive organizational improvement and align with our company's policies and standards.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop comprehensive cyber exercise procedures that integrate U.S. government Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidance.
• Design and execute approximately multiple cyber workshops and exercises annually to identify opportunities for improvement to our enterprise's security framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance security capabilities.
• Create engaging threat scenarios based on threat intelligence and State Street's IT systems, procedures, and teams.
• Develop all materials required for exercises and workshops, including executive requirements memoranda, situational manuals, participant invitations, facilitation materials, after-action reports, and remediation plans.
• Thoroughly document all phases of exercises and workshops, including scope, plan, findings & recommendations, and remediation plans to meet audit requirements.
