Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and lead the organization’s technology control strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Establish a cohesive framework for technology control design, testing, and automation.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on technology risk and control matters.2. Technology Control Design :
- Lead the design of comprehensive technology controls to address risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed controls within technology processes, systems, and infrastructure.
- Identify control gaps and develop solutions to mitigate risks effectively.3. Testing and Assurance :
- Oversee the development and execution of rigorous control testing programs to validate effectiveness and adherence to standards.
- Ensure the timely identification, escalation, and remediation of control deficiencies.
- Partner with internal audit and external assurance teams to support technology control reviews and audits.4. Automation of Controls :
