Main Responsibilities:
- Manage software testing staff and oversee testing activities and output.
- Work with product and operational teams to understand project scope and identify testing requirements.
- Develop and maintain test strategy, testing scenarios, test automation processes, and metrics for functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Demonstrate Automation and Innovation Leadership, ensuring Release Management Process is executed per standards.
- Mentor and drive collaboration across teams, providing defect management oversight and participating in daily stand-up meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and quick learning ability.
- Self-motivated, creative problem solver, organized, collaborative, and excellent communication skills.
- 12 Years of application development experience in financial services, including hands-on experience developing and testing complex applications.
- Expertise in event-driven architectures, messaging, and Kafka.
- Experience working with product and business teams for middle office applications and cloud native environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
- 15 years of QA Lead/Manager experience.
- Experience in financial industry working on Front, Middle, Back Office functions.
- 5 years of automation testing experience.
