Senior QA Manager Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior QA Manager to lead our Alpha and Middle Office Technology Team. This is a hands-on position that requires 12 years of experience in Front and Middle Office domain expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving QA improvement through automation and innovation, with expertise in analysis, design, development, and onboarding of new QA tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage software testing staff and oversee testing activities and output.
• Work with product and operational teams to understand project scope and identify testing requirements.
• Develop and maintain test strategy, testing scenarios, test automation processes, and metrics for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Demonstrate Automation and Innovation Leadership, ensuring Release Management Process is executed per standards.
• Mentor and drive collaboration across teams, providing defect management oversight and participating in daily stand-up meetings.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and quick learning ability.
• Self-motivated, creative problem solver, organized, collaborative, and excellent communication skills.
• 12 Years of application development experience in financial services, including hands-on experience developing and testing complex applications.
• Expertise in event-driven architectures, messaging, and Kafka.
• Experience working with product and business teams for middle office applications and cloud native environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 15 years of QA Lead/Manager experience.
• Experience in financial industry working on Front, Middle, Back Office functions.
• 5 years of automation testing experience.
