Job Description: As an Alpha Transaction Management Implementation Lead, you will collaborate with senior program managers to drive consistent operational standards globally across Client Ops, and COE's. You will oversee Aladdin Middle Office Implementations, provide consultancy to Global Delivery to successfully onboard Middle Office Lift outs. Additionally, you will partner with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices, and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need 10 years of industry experience with front, middle, and back office integration, functionality, and electronic trading platforms. You must have strong knowledge of existing State Street organizational constructs and teams required, in addition to deep understanding of middle and back office systems, functions, and services supported at State Street. Experience with Derivative Products and Mutual Fund processing is also required.

- Manage a team of direct reports and matrixed resources to develop and deploy single strategic solution for inbound Aladdin transaction and reference data. ">
- Evaluate scope, identifying interdependencies, critical path, and foundational requirements driving to a single synchronized approach to Aladdin data requirements, development, testing, and deployment. ">
