About the Co-Op Program :
Please note this posting is for all opportunities in any of our Massachusetts offices for July 2025 - December 2025 Co-Op Program.
Co-Op students are full-time 6-month interns at State Street. You will support us in any of our four major business units (State Street Global Advisors, Global Markets, Alpha Organization, and Institutional Services) or corporate functions and through your work lead us to The Way Ahead. This Program offers development to diverse top-tier college-level talent providing a robust comprehensive work experience for qualified students to prepare you to be a full-time employee who demonstrates our core values.
This program is open to students of all class years.
Cycles run approximately July – Dec.

Qualifications :
Salary Range :
15,600 - $58,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
