Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate for this role is responsible for Application Performance monitoring and Telemetry Event Management. In this role, you'll help drive the short and long term operational strategy. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships across engineering, architecture, application and infrastructure reliability and collaborating with both technical and non-technical cross-functional partners.
The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with cross functional knowledge in software development, monitoring and maintenance.
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed in the office with some flex / hybrid work opportunities available.
What you will be responsible for
As Application Performance Monitoring and Event Management Lead you will :
- Ensure Dynatrace platform is optimized and operating within SLI and SLO's
- Lead team to configure monitoring / alerting / reporting for related to process and metrics using tools like Dynatrace, and Grafana.
- Integration of Dynatrace with Splunk for event correlation and Service Now for incident notification.
- Lead Event Management function to cater situation alerting, error code assignment and Service Now ticketing for events from SNMP event sources and other monitoring tools.
- Make technical recommendations on monitoring improvements (by creates Technical PoCs to demonstrate performance improvements), and partner with Engineering team on new standards for process, business events, and tags
- Analyze data for anomalies and trends, and build relevant dashboards / alerts that improve visibility.
- Works closely with platform engineering, platform architecture and application development teams for Datacenter migrations, Application migration to Cloud.

Salary Range :
120,000 - $187,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
