Who we are looking for
The Salesforce / CRM Managing Director is responsible for overall maintenance, development, performance, data quality and integrations with Salesforce.com. The role leads a global team, supports a significant user community (2500-5000), and manages the risk, budget and vendor relationship for this comprehensive CRM platform. The position is involved in the architectural design or modification of systems and business processes often with cross-functional teams. The MD will interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to document, organize and clarify and execute on the business requirements and workflows. A successful Managing Director will have excellent analytical skills, technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement; the ability to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment; have solid written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences; be proactive with proven strength in researching and finding solutions to creatively introduce alternative business processes and workflows to enhance what the stakeholders provided; the ability to train individuals on the Salesforce application.

What you will be responsible for
- Managing Team
Involves onshore and offshore team, including career development, key person risk reduction, performance management, team meetings, and work assignment, supervision and load balancing.
Architect and management of all required Salesforce releases, maintenance, managing all integrations with other systems / tools including APIs, configuration & custom development, and overall tool performance.
Project management and execution of several complex process improvement initiatives involving web form based entry by clients, case management with required routing for client inquiries and requests, visibility into all cases by client service and others in the Chief Commercial office, integration with underlying systems (Inquiry and Workflow tools) and the associated testing and launch of these significant technology transformation projects.
Management of all Salesforce data and resulting Salesforce reporting within the system, including dashboards for various levels / teams within the organization.
All user set up, significant batch user set up and rollouts, user access management, user training, ongoing maintenance of guidelines / procedures and user communications / updates.
Responsiveness to all user cases resolution, tracking and trending analysis.
All demand management from cases, champions / working group and executives, prioritization and execution of those priorities.
Engage with full user community and executive leadership, conduct recurring meeting cadence and presentations and partner with other internal stakeholders, including technology teams.
Management of Salesforce.com vendor including - contract, third party risk management, procurement and accounts payable / budget management for Salesforce ecosystem.
Engagement with Salesforce.com support team and overall Salesforce community / conferences to keep abreast of best practices, industry trends and highlight those developments to State Street for consideration and process improvement.

Salary Range :
170,000 - $267,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
