Product Office CAO, Managing Director (Finance)
The Product Office CAO plays a critical role in the daily management of any and all administrative aspects of the organization s / he supports. S / he is also responsible for all daily support to the Product Office and its businesses to execute against its strategic and tactical initiatives. The Product Office CAO acts as the central point of contact for business management across Product Office globally, providing management support, and is responsible for engaging all business management functions for daily execution and delivery. The Product Office CAO ensures strategic alignment and consistency of messaging within their unit. S / he is also a conduit of information flow to other functions across the bank and coordinates with the IS CAO Teams to provide CAO Services to their Unit Head and the entire unit. In addition, the Product Office CAO manages a small team in support of her / his activities, and could be asked to choose a "minor" practice associated with the CAO community, attending all meetings of that team in order to stay coordinated and ensure consistency in service delivery.

As Product Office CAO, MD you will :
- Manage a team, providing mentorship and professional development while driving consistent, high-quality deliverables and attention to detail to all of the team's work products
- Act as representative / proxy for the Unit Head on necessary committees
- Manage key strategic messaging to all partners (e.g. board of directors, board committees, clients, rating agencies, employees, etc.), in conjunction with Internal Communication partners
- Manage the expense saving initiatives and the headcount budget and approval process
- Manage the administration, scheduling, and content coordination / creation for all standard senior executive forums for which the Unit Head is the lead or chair
- Manage strategic, tactical, and ad-hoc projects (e.g. business strategy, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives)
- Build strong relationships across the Executive Leadership team and their leads to drive an array of efforts
- Oversee the Product Enablement team, consisting of Vendor Lifecycle Management, Product Control, Billing, Project Management, and Process Engineering disciplines
- Ensure that requested meetings are booked, follow-ups are closed out, and ad-hoc items are addressed in a timely manner (in addition to other standard, regular meetings)
- Support the completion of performance review processes (e.g. EVP Scorecards, EVP / MC Self-Assessment, snapshots, etc.)
- Manage the mid-year forecast and / or budget processes for their respective division as well as team capacity and resource allocation / staffing and resource pipelines
- Develop or manage the global footprint strategy for their respective division
- Direct the workforce development needs of their division including training and engagement

Salary Range :
170,000 - $267,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
