State Street’s Alpha Services Solutioning and Product Team is looking for an Alpha TLM Product Analyst-Transaction Lifecycle Management, Assistant Vice President. This qualified individual will design and deliver product, identify and analyze business requirements focusing on strategic solutions for our Alpha clients. This individual will be responsible to analyze projects for Transaction lifecycle management – covering Front, middle and back office and building partnership with client/business and IT teams to align Alpha end to end product goals

Salary Range
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Act as liaison between business and technology teams to support product analysis and facilitate design discussions as part of the Transaction Management product strategy and development
- Experienced in driving analysis, design and delivery of transactional data and processing platform using Agile practices and processes, with a focus of establishing continuous delivery, culture, and process
- Create detailed and accurate documentation of business requirements, process flows, and project deliverables including project charter deck, architecture diagrams, project tracker, RAID log, business requirements features
- Gathering of business/system requirements by facilitating user/client meetings, interviewing users, and researching and resolving issues
- Work with our business partners, perform/lead initial analysis of the request and provide assessment and gather estimation of the effort
- Identify compile, analyze and document business requirements that accurately and thoroughly reflect business needs
- Aware of Agile process is strongly recommended (RTC, story writing, Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Required working knowledge of financial products Bonds, Equities, FX orders/executions, listed derivatives and others
- Participate in special projects, e.g., conducting research, collecting, and providing requested data, etc.

- Good understanding of business systems, financial industry, and system development lifecycle methodologies to support projects through their life cycle, with the emphasis on the analysis stage
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate, and collaborate across business and technical teams
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes
- Expertise in MS Office including MS Visio, MS/Project and PowerPoint
- Competency in SDLC & Agile Methodology and tools (i.e. JIRA, Rally, RTC)
- A BA/BS degree in a business including Finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience as business analyst or related experience, driving solution design and successful executions of complex projects
- Microsoft office tools expertise must- MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
