You will be responsible for helping us transition to a future state operating model based on principles of Self-Service, developer autonomy and a Shift left approach. You will be part of and collaborate with a talented team responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our clients. To be successful, you will need to have a deep understanding of core cloud concepts, AWS services, Infrastructure as Code/Terraform in order to efficiently diagnose issues and solve problems that may arise in the course of a client relationship.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As an AWS Client Experience Lead you will
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams for successful client on-boarding to AWS platform
- Work with platform architects to define components responsibilities, plan components evolution, and ensure components will meet platform needs.
- Be responsible for getting services enabled on AWS based on client use case requirements
- Design AWS services based on AWS best practice and Security baseline.
- Effectively leverage Terraform and Harness CI/CD to identify and resolve issues
- Utilize native AWS services to meet the firm’s technology and resiliency requirements.
- Proactively identify ways to optimize our end-to-end client service delivery to deliver client outcomes
- Represent an internal and external point of escalation, across all business lines that serve the client, for unresolved service items
- Drive resolution of issues and take ownership of the assigned tasks
- Perform other tasks as defined, planned, and approved by a manager
These skills will help you succeed in this role
- Solid working experience on AWS for enterprise enablement
- Proficiency in navigating complex client relationships, understanding of client expectations and how to manage them towards a successful outcome
- Experience in handholding complex onboardings and integrations from start to go-live.
- Ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives.
- Experience with design and development of solutions across on-prem and the cloud for large enterprises
- Strong understanding of cloud native design patterns and DevOps principles (including Infrastructure as Code)
- Openness and ability to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and escalate issues across teams in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline
- Experience in delivering service to clients
- 8 years of IT experience in a hands-on role with 2 years of experience designing and supporting public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI)
- Understanding of Agile delivery process
- Appropriate certifications are strongly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of core infrastructure concepts as well as DevOps principles
- Strong IAC experience – Terraform
- Ability to develop and document deliverables compliant with established company design control and regulatory statutes
- Proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
- Deep understanding of AWS services, cloud native design patterns and infrastructure as code
- Experience with AWS Governance and Best Practices (AWS Policy, Reliability, Observability and Role Based Access Control, Networking Architectures etc.)
