Primary Responsibilities :
- Reporting to and supporting the Chief Human Resources and Citizenship Officer (CHRO) to execute on the effective oversight of GHRCC and drive accountability with clear goals, objectives, governance, and metrics.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CHRO and the GHRCC Operating Group (GHRCC OG) in the development and tracking of annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and effective execution of governance routines to support the OG’s responsibility for governing prioritization and demand management. Actively contribute to the achievement of GHRCC’s mission and ways of working.
- Management of quarterly GHRCC calendar including maintaining routines to capture updates and changes. Partner with key stakeholders within GHRCC and across State Street to track execution of key initiatives and strategies with a focus on those that the CHRO is leading or participating in and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- In partnership with the CHRO, planning and preparation for various forums and meetings (internal and external). As part of this, partner with the internal communications team to assist in the development and coordination of key messaging from CHRO to internal and external stakeholders (e.g., executive management, employees, and other constituencies).
- In partnership with the GHRCC OG and Lead Finance Officer (LFO), develop Quarterly Business Review (QBR) package including determining spotlight topics and progress reporting on transformation and related productivity initiatives.
- Work with the LFO and GHRCC OG to track and manage budget commitments.
- Contribute to strategic planning by utilizing metrics and reporting to inform thinking and direction.
- Manage strategic, tactical, and ad-hoc projects (e.g., business strategy, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives).
- Represent GHRCC in the State Street Chief Administrative Officers’ forum.
- Member of the GHR / CC Leadership Team.

Salary Range :
170,000 - $267,500 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
