Salary Range:
$150,000 - $232,500 Annual

What You Will Be Responsible For
In this role as system analyst cum testing engineer, the candidate will:
- Lead testing efforts for Credit Risk projects, QA team and related daily activities for assigned area of discipline
- Attend HLD Walkthroughs and Identify the testing requirements
- Prepare Test Strategy and Test Scenarios
- Review test cases and test results
- Conduct functional demos to business users
- Conduct testing and defects status meetings
- Participate in IT and Business stakeholder meetings
- Compliance to GQS and Corp Standards
- Participates in daily stand up, iteration planning, product demos and retrospective meetings
- Works closely with Business and Development teams to resolve quality problems and provide information
- Works with and contributes toward established goals & objectives
- Candidate must demonstrate a track record for high quality delivery and work in agile environment

- B.S., Computer Science or related field
- 10 years of QA Lead/Manager experience – Manage Testing activities, Test Team and Develop test suite for end to end regression testing
- Experience in Financial Risk & Regulatory and Investment banking
- Experience with testing Data Centric Applications
- Experience with database testing and ability to write complex SQL Queries
- Experience with ORACLE and Database management tools
- Ability to write and analyze UNIX shell scripts and commands.
- Experience in ESP (Enterprise Servicing Platform)
- Experience in Database/ETL test scenarios automation using ETL Automation tool
- Hands on experience in writing complex SQL queries and test data centric applications
- Required to have knowledge in MS Excel and be able to write and execute Macros.
- Required to have knowledge on tools like SQL developer, Toad, Putty, WinSCP.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent test management and team management skills
- Able to develop strong relationship with the Business and Development teams
- Prepare weekly/monthly metrics and present to project teams and management
