The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who blends deep industry expertise with modern, data-driven content marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership & Content Strategy

- Create high-impact content that educates investors on investing concepts, market and asset class trends, macroeconomic developments, and portfolio strategies.
- Position the company’s investment experts as trusted voices in the financial industry and increase media engagement, through compelling research, articles, white papers, interviews, and social media content.
Investment and ETF Expertise
- Ensure investment and product content accurately reflects investment concepts, approaches, solution or product mechanics, benefits/risks, and best practices.
- Develop strategies to promote investment solutions (including exchange traded products) effectively, ensuring key differentiators are clearly positioned and communicated to institutional investors, financial advisors, and retail audiences.
- Work closely with research teams, portfolio managers, product teams and product marketing to translate complex investment strategies into accessible, impactful content.
Content Production & Distribution
- Lead the creation of diverse content formats, including market outlooks, investment insights, thematic reports, video content, social media content, website content and other short-form digital assets.
- Collaborate with design and digital teams to evolve and implement content UX best practices to drive engagement.
- Oversee global content distribution across digital platforms and owned channels (website, newsletters, webinars).
- Implement a data-driven approach to content strategy, in collaboration with digital teams, to leverage performance analytics and audience insights to optimize engagement.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global content team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends across institutional, intermediary, and retail audiences.
- Partner with investment, product, marketing, and sales teams to align content with broader go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain editorial excellence and brand consistency, ensuring all content meets compliance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15 years of experience in financial services content marketing, thought leadership, or investment writing, with a strong focus on ETFs.
- Deep expertise in investing concepts, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and ETF strategies, with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling narratives.
- A proven track record of developing and executing thought leadership programs that drive brand engagement and business impact.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and manage global content teams.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with a keen ability for producing insightful, high-quality content that breaks through the noise.
- Expertise in digital content development, distribution, SEO, AEO, and performance analytics.
