What you will be responsible for
- Lead a global, cross-functional team focused on product strategy for Agency Lending, Prime Services, and Secured Financing (“Financing Solutions”)
- Oversee the design and delivery of Financing Solutions’ global product roadmap, including the associated technology requirements
- Develop product business cases and engage key stakeholders across the organization including Legal, Technology, Finance, Treasury, and Operations
- Maintain the technology budget for Financing Solutions and partner with business heads and technology to determine optimal allocations
- Manage vendor relationships, including evaluation of offerings, selection of vendors and negotiating statements of work
- Oversee all aspects of the Firm’s Venturi platform including product roadmap and sales and marketing planning and execution
- Analyze market research and understand the competitive marketplace to identify market trends and potential new product opportunities

Salary Range : $170,000 - $267,500 Annual
