The Head of Sales and Relationship Management for GlobalLink Digital and GlobalLink Synergy, Vice President will accept ownership and accountability for new client acquisition, cross selling and existing client revenue retention efforts for Globallink Synergy and Global Link Digital, as part of the GlobalLink business unit which is the multi-provider trading portal arm of State Street Global Markets including products FX Connect, Fund Connect, Currenex, TradeNeXus, GL Pay and BestX. The candidate will be directly responsible for new client acquisitions and product sales for the GlobalLink Synergy business line. Other responsibilities include reviewing industry publications to identify market opportunities and trends, updating sales reporting and forecasting tools and provide an overall contribution to the success of GlobalLink Synergy. This role is an individual contributor to the GlobalLink business.
This role will be primarily based in London, UK and will consider candidates based in Boston, MA or Jersey City, NJ location. Internal associates will be considered for this role.

Key Tenets Of Role:
- Act as representative / proxy for the head of Markets as necessary on regional and global committees.
- Lead execution strategy framework as well as key objectives while engaging in business unit to align business strategy with the overall enterprise.
- Oversee the CAO functions which support tactical and strategic efforts across multiple areas; risk, business strategy, transformation, cross functional initiatives and presentation materials.
- Oversight of the Product Management functions across Markets responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives and allocating resources to ensure effective execution of new initiatives.
- Manage the performance analytics functions which produces key business metrics including revenue attribution, client metrics, benchmarking, and business forecasting across Markets and Financing.
- Responsible for monitoring key business metric and results working closely with the business heads in Markets to ensure key objectives are meet in regards to sales and client analytics in conjunction with the Business Development team.
- Manage the business IT demand process ensuring that IT resources are properly prioritized across initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Partner with BRM and business heads to ensure a strong risk and control culture is instilled across the group globally.
- Be the central point of contact for all enterprise-wide initiatives at State Street.
- Work closely with the business heads and product strategy groups to foster a culture of innovation in Markets & Financing.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
