You will be a key member of the NA Intermediary marketing team and support programs that have a direct and measurable impact on awareness, consideration, and purchase. In addition, you will be involved in projects across all of marketing, coordinating with content, direct marketing, social media, paid search, advertising, digital and design, as well as the broader SPDR ETF business, including sales, strategy and research, compliance and product development. The role reports into the AVP, NA Intermediary Marketing and is based in Boston.
As a Marketing Officer, You Will
- Assist marketing managers in running integrated marketing programs and their key deliverables in support of SPDR ETF products
- Collaborate with National Accounts/Distribution to understand objectives for top broker dealers to successfully execute firm-specific marketing support
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and/or refine product materials, product positioning, capabilities messaging, web presence and segmented communications
- Assist in development of collateral, videos, web content, sales tools, social posts, paid search ads as well as educational materials
- Create communication of weekly marketing deliverables across content, email, social media, campaigns, and events
- Manage webinar data import process in partnership with key marketing automation stakeholders and campaigns owners to ensure actionable insights, alerts and lead generation handoff is streamlined
- Work with our measurement and analytics team to track and report on campaign performance and offer input on optimization
- Submit materials for design, digital publishing, internal compliance review, and approval

- Bachelor’s degree preferably with major in marketing or communications
- At least 3 years of marketing experience
- Research & project-based experience – ability to look beyond a specific task to the broader project goals
- Understand integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
- Interest in financial markets and digital marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience working as a team/ on a team for a common goal
- Eagerness to learn with demonstrated ability to quickly digest information
