Salary Range:
$115,000 - $190,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.

As Program Manager you will
- Project Planning & Execution - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal departments, communicate project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools
- Prepare status reports for executives and stakeholders.
- 10 years’ experience in banking functions areas like – Front office, Enterprise Risk management, Finance, Treasury.
- Experience in project management within banking, finance, or fintech.
- Deep understanding of various components in a banking project including reference, market and trade data
- Knowledge of banking regulations, financial products
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with the business & IT stake holders to understand the current state and come up with a plan to reach the target state
- Masters or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
- Communicate effectively in a professional manner both written and orally
- Team player with a positive attitude enthusiasm initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to drive change through collaboration, influence and demonstration of use cases.
