What You Will Be Responsible For
As the RBAC Engineering Lead, you will
- Lead an engineering team of full stack developers
- Build and drive delivery of strategic state RBAC platform
- Demonstrated experience building cloud native (AWS) web applications using Spring boot, API, Java microservices, Angular/React JS in an agile environment
- Hands-on experience with design, development and debugging applications
- Identify tools, technologies to deliver a modern RBAC platform on Cloud using microservices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk

- Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results.
- Bachelor Degree (BS)
- 10 years’ experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
- Demonstrated experience architecting, designing & implementing large-scale IAM Systems
- Technology expertise in one of the core programming languages and platforms (Java, Python, AWS, API, cloud native databases)
- Hands on experience integrating applications with authentication platform/single sign-on and MFA
- Experience with Kafka a plus
