State Street is looking for a Senior Product Manager to provide expertise and leadership for the product roadmap & strategy development of products within Collaboration Services.

Responsibilities
- Working with the tower lead & architects, this person will be primarily responsible for leading the Product Management program related to these tools.
- The future state, vision, customer analytics, communications and interdependencies of solutions within these platforms is the core focus.
- Work with tower leads to define product roadmap, strategy and priorities.
- Develop and maintain product specifications, user stories, use cases.
- Manage a backlog & work with tower leads and engineers to incorporate items at appropriate times.
- Balance must do vs should do or like to do product activities across multiple towers & engineering departments.
- Communicate product updates, changes and new features to stakeholders.
- Work with Office of Change Management (OCM) to define a structured communication strategy.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics and market trends to inform decisions and priorities.
- Lead user research, focus groups and other listening sessions to gain feedback.
- Act as the product expert.
- Support the subscription & renewal process basing decisions on aforementioned activities.
- Conduct bi-annual reviews of internal documentation & processes. Create remediation plans based on findings.
- Lead the Collaboration Services Center of Excellence team to build repeatable / scalable product solutions for internal customers.
- Work with management and the strategy team to define long term solution & environment roadmaps.
- Review all proposed changes for the environment, creating communication plans as needed.
- Working with engineering, develop streamlined and automated Service Now & SailPoint workflows.
- Work to reduce tech debt; routinely look for and offer up rationalization proposals.
- Develop an internal go to market (GTM) strategy and vision for various product lines.
Qualifications
Salary Range
110,000 - $185,000 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
