Alpha Data Services Intern – TechOPS Analyst
Overview
State Street’s Alpha Data Services Product team is seeking a motivated self-starter with strong verbal, written and presentation skills to assist with updating and expanding our library of documentation for Alpha Data Platform (ADP) and our managed data service offering Alpha Data Services (ADS).
The Intern candidate will gain exposure to principles of Data Management, Data Warehousing, and AGILE while learning about our data warehouse services. Will be helping out with Operations documents, creating standard and reusable procedural documentation
Job Description & Core Responsibilities
$15,600 - $58,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.

- Gain a solid understanding of the Alpha Data Services offerings, including data domains, content types and client interaction models
- Organize and conduct interview sessions with Product Subject Matter Experts and Implementation teams
- Create and update reusable standard documentation
- Enhance and update the documentation on confluence
- Create and manage JIRA tickets
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Data Management, Accounting or Computer Science coursework
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented and capable of working in a global setting
- SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint working knowledge
- Familiarity with SQL a plus
