What are the responsibilities and job description for the STAFF SERVICES ANALYST position at State Treasurer's Office?
Under the general direction of the Personnel Officer, the Personnel Analyst performs a wide range of human resources assignments for the State Treasurer’s Office. This includes reviewing, analyzing, and making determinations on hiring packages, reviewing, and making recommendations for various requests such as Out-of-Class and Training and Development assignments, and providing consultative services to assigned division hiring managers or their designees. This will include educating and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process.
The Personnel Analyst will strategically partner with hiring managers to better understand their role, their team, and their immediate and long-term hiring needs.

- Experience interpreting and applying policies, regulations, or labor laws in an analytical capacity.

- Experience providing customer service or responding to public inquiries in a professional setting.
