Responsibilities :
- Help receive quotes and negotiate with subcontractors
- Facilitate crews and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis
- Manage the schedule, budget, and quality of work done on all projects
- Complete Quantity takeoffs and order materials
- Correspondence with the client on any necessary tasks
- Develop change orders
- Maintain RFI’s, submittals, schedules, as builts
- Confirm safety standards are followed by employees and subcontractors
- Estimating
- Develop and issue purchase orders and subcontracts
