Job Title: Courier Dispatcher (Part-Time)
Location: Columbus, OH
Shifts: Seeking candidates for 1st and 3rd shifts
Pay: Starting at $18/hour
Role Description.
This part-time, on-site role is critical to the smooth operation of our logistics network. Dispatchers coordinate transportation with drivers, ensuring timely and secure deliveries in a fast-paced, on-demand environment.
As the primary point of contact for drivers and clients, you’ll play a key role in maintaining clear communication, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient operations. You will monitor delivery statuses, address challenges in real-time, and uphold compliance with Federal and State regulations, certifications, and safety standards. This role may also include performing other office duties as needed to support the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries with a team of drivers in real time.
- Serve as the main communication link between clients and drivers.
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
- Ensure driver compliance with Federal and State safety standards.
- Perform other office duties as needed, such as data entry, filing, or assisting with administrative tasks.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Strong background in customer service is required.
- Fast-Paced Work: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-demand environment.
- Independent Worker: Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.

Pay: $18.45 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 31 per week
