Boat Detailer

Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the watercraft, ensuring that each boat meets our high standards of quality. As a Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of boats, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Execute buffing and polishing tasks to restore the shine and finish of surfaces.
• Apply window tinting as needed, adhering to company standards and regulations.
• Conduct wash services, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment for optimal results.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area, following custodial practices to uphold a safe environment.
• Keep detailing supplies stocked.
• Move boats as necessary for detailing services, ensuring safety and compliance with company policy.

Experience

• Previous experience in detailing required.
• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
• Familiarity with buffing techniques and window tinting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
