Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and manage phone calls, taking messages, transferring calls, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Communicate effectively with insureds through various channels, including phone calls, text and/or emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Gathering important information from insureds then directing them to the appropriate person in the office.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain office records and files.
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
