What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Training & Recruitment Coordinator position at StateJobsNY?
Duties Description Establish & maintain a regular schedule of mandatory training courses for employees; Routinely communicate class reminders; Liaison between Assembly and instructors to coordinate schedules; Responsible for creating class rosters and ensuring attendance.
Administer the training database and drives; Administer in-person & Zoom classes; Create regular reports & distribute.
Assist with Recruiting staff and attending job fairs.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's preferred; 1-3 years experience in human resources, training, scheduling and / or recruiting preferred.
Additional Comments A small amount of travel within NYS is possible.
Position works within a small supportive team.
Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.
